CHRIST YOUR REDEEMER
“Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.” (Hebrews 9:12 NKJV)
The old religion did not work. Something better was needed. The blood of goats and calves only pointed to the sacrifice of God’s Son as the price that would pay for and cover the world’s sin.
Have you ever thought what you must do in order that the body and blood of Christ may produce perfect results in your life? You, too, must die to sin (Romans 6:1-6) and self and live for Jesus, else the Redeemer’s sacrifice cannot touch you. The bargain is: His life for your life and your life for His.
Are you a new born babe in Christ? Have you obeyed the Gospel? Are you walking in newness of life? If so, pray the everlasting God will grant you grace to pass through this day mindful of the precious sacrifice of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ—a sacrifice He made for you! Pray that your Heavenly Father will forgive and pardon your sins, through Jesus Christ, our Redeemer, Who liveth and reigneth with God and the Holy Ghost.
